Shellegance Return & Refund Policy

Refunds (Damaged Items)

Shellegance offers refunds in cases where items are damaged or broken during transit.

Customers may choose between:

  • A full refund to their original payment method, or
  • A store voucher to be used on any future Shellegance shell drops

Fine Art Prints

Please note that all Fine Art Prints are made to order.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for prints ordered in the incorrect size.
  • Paper sizes and specifications are clearly listed on our website. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may allow returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased by mistake
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is returned to us for inspection before any refund is processed
  • The product is deemed resellable after inspection

Please note:

  • Returns apply only to local South African purchases
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and approved

Breakages

While we take great care in packaging, ceramics may occasionally break during transit. All ceramic shipments are insured.

If your item arrives damaged, please provide the following:

  • Photographs of the outside of the box, clearly showing any visible damage
  • Photographs of the broken item(s)
  • Any additional photos that may assist with the insurance claim

This information helps us process your claim as quickly as possible and offer either a refund or a voucher.
