Kara Furter is the founder and creative director of Happy Go Lucky, a full-service creative design collective in Cape Town that she co-founded with Carolina Ramirez Herrera. Known for an eagle eye for detail and a knack for finding beauty in everything, she moves between creative direction, sourcing, production and styling, taking projects from concept to launch across branding, content, events and product development. She is also a co-founder of a Cape Town social wellness club.

Kara is a beloved friend whom many have asked if we are sisters, we share a similar curl of the hair, lots of volume, a love of entertaining and a penchant for the more is more and less is a bore! We recently both travelled to the South of France where Kara spent much time surrounded by Matisse and Cocteau Her shell is inspired by that South of France effortlessness and joy de vivre.
